I always remember my dad having this type when I was young and he always carried it but lost his in a house fire so it was a perfect replacement
Ok, the gaps between the scales and brass are wide. The locking mechanism bar fell out when I unfolded the knife....so disappointed because I'm an old timer who likes old timers. How do you build a lock blade that falls apart before it gets used? Well, I have one. I have many made over sea knives so I'm not a knife snob, but this knife is a shame for any brand or Country of origin. Would I buy this one again? No.
I bought this knife because my father and my grandfather both had one. This company no longer builds their products well. The locks on them are tough, there are huge gaps in the grip panels, and the materials within the lock are extremely fragile, I’ve broken 2 just pressing the lock down. Only redeeming factor is that it does come fairly sharp out of the box
